Jayashree Bidari
Jayashree Y. Bidari has concentrated her practice in immigration law since 1992. She represents foreign nationals and U.S. employers in family and employment based immigration law before the Citizenship & Immigration Services (formerly known as Immigration and Naturalization Service or INS), the immigration court, Federal district court, the U.S. Department of Labor, the U.S. Department of State and the U.S. Department of Customs. In addition, she has lectured on issues related to immigration law.
Jayashree Y. Bidari is a recipient of the Gold Medal from Bangalore University where she graduated with a Master of Arts degree in 1980. She was selected to serve in the Indian Administrative Service. She received her J.D. from Cleveland State University in 1992. She was admitted to the Ohio State Bar in 1992 and the Federal District Court in 1995.

Latha Srinivasan
Latha M. Srinivasan is a licensed attorney in the State of Ohio and Employment and Litigation Associate at the law firm of Ott & Associates, Co., LPA. She concentrates her litigation practice in the areas of employer defense, business litigation, construction defect, and community association law (association side). Latha is admitted to practice in all Ohio state courts, and the following federal jurisdictions: both the Northern and Southern District Courts of Ohio, the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.
Before joining Ott & Associates in 2003, Latha served as an Associate in the Labor and Employment Practice Group at the law firm of Calfee, Halter & Griswold LLP, and as an Associate at the law firm of Duvin, Cahn & Hutton (now Littler Mendelson). At both Calfee and Duvin, Latha concentrated her practice in all aspects of employment law and litigation, including advising and defending employers on federal and state anti-discrimination laws in both administrative forums and in courts of law, harassment claims, non-competes, and contract disputes. Latha also represented employers in connection with business immigration matters, including compliance with federal immigration employer requirements and advising employers on bringing professional employees from foreign countries into the United States.
Latha has presented continuing education seminar topics on the various federal and state employment laws. Most recently, Latha spoke at the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association’s Annual Labor & Employment Law Conference in June 2008 on the Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act of 2008. She has also recently authored articles in the Cleveland Bar Journal’s October 2007 issue (condominium law) and April 2009 issue (work-life balance for female attorneys).
In addition to SABA Ohio, Latha is also a member of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association, where she is a member of the Unauthorized Practice of Law Committee, Labor & Employment Section, and the Women in Law Section. She is also a member of the Ohio Women's Bar Association and the Rocky River Chamber of Commerce.
Latha received her undergraduate degree magna cum laude from the University of Rochester in 1995 and her law degree in 1998 from the Case Western Reserve University School of Law, where she was awarded the Paul J. Hergenroeder Award in Trial Tactics.

Neelam Gill
Neelam attends the University of Akron School of Law, where she was an Akron Law Full-Tuition Scholarship recipient. Neelam is currently a fourth year evening student and is expected to graduate in December 2009.
Neelam was awarded the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in International Law in 2008. She is a member of the Akron Bar Association, Ohio State Bar Association, American Bar Association, and North American South Asian Law Student Association.
Her areas of interest include International Law, International Trade, and Business Law, with particular focus on the World Trade Organization, General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade, and the Uniform Commercial Code.
Neelam will serve as a judicial extern for The Honorable Eve Belfance at the Ohio Ninth District Court of Appeals starting in August of 2009, where she will review the record from trial court, write memoranda and draft opinions, and draft bench memos summarizing briefs, analyzing legal issues, and suggesting points for clarification at oral argument.
She will also serve as a Student Associate at the University of Akron School of Law New Business Legal Clinic starting in August of 2009, where she will provide business advice concerning business planning, employment, contract/lease, tax, and entity formation to new and emerging businesses.
Neelam graduated with a B.S. in Biology (magna cum laude) from John Carroll University. She currently serves as a Quality Systems Specialist at Ben Venue Laboratories, a pharmaceutical company specializing in the development and manufacture of liquid and lyophilized sterile parenterals.
Krishna Grandhi
Krishna attends Cleveland Marshall College of Law. He serves as Director, Law Student Relations, as well as the New Media Director for SABA, Ohio.
